Mar 15, 2022 · It’s strange, because I was comparing last years booklet to this years! It was only mentioned in last years guideline underneath the ‘competing the application section’. However after inspecting the 2022-2023 manual I literally could not find anything about this! I even tried using ctrl+find and entering the exact words but nope! .
